How much does Colour Lab cost?
£65 per month per location, excluding VAT. Unlimited stylists. Free online onboarding for every team member.
An additional scale software licence costs £20 per month per scale, excluding VAT. Hardware is purchased separately.
The salon diary and SMS reminder feature are optional and included in your subscription. SMS messages cost 6p each, excluding VAT.
Do I have to use the salon diary or SMS reminders?
No. Both are optional. You can keep your existing booking system and choose whether to send SMS reminders.
What equipment do I need?
A tablet, Bluetooth scale and stand cost £200–£300 as a one-off hardware fee, excluding VAT.
Can my reception team use Colour Lab?
Yes. The reception web app lets your team calculate the final price for each customer.
Can I download or delete my data?
Yes. Download all your data whenever you want, or delete any data at any time.
Will I be billed from the UK?
UK salons are billed through a UK entity. You’ll be charged in pounds sterling.
When will online booking be available?
Online booking through Dialano IM is planned for late October 2026.
